Aura of Stability can be any favored small prot. Reversal can be taken out for [patient spirit] for a more splitable prot monk (with a rof on the other monk).

SoD changes mainly depend on what your midline runs. Most common a foul feast necro which allows you to drop [dismiss condition] and take other skills like [divine healing] or in case you dont have a [balthazar pendelum] smiter in the midline, [aura of stability]

Standard HA HB Infuse bar, note that patient is your only self heal and that Veil can be easily taken for [Cure Hex] or [Spotless Mind]. Due the nature of Channeling this build is heavily reliant on spot heals unless it is capture holding, in which case it becomes a channel tank heal party spammer.

The difference between HB and WoH is the reliance on spot heals but access to Healing Seed. An Healing Seed on the ghostly is one ghostly who doesn't die to AoE. Due the nature of [Channeling] spotheals are really strong, the drop of heal party is negotiable. WoH is common when there is offmonk party wide support or in a 3 monk backline, when favored over glimmer.

Don't change a skill unless kd's dont exist in the game (relic running) or channeling gets nerfed ([shield of absorption] makes you teh tanker).

Advisable to take a stance to survive against the monk hate. Avoid big prots unless needed as they quickly drain your energy in arenas. ZB has an hard time to survive in the current arena meta due to the single point of failure ZB is, and the amount of [Signet of Humilty] makes it extremely hard. Instead of [Mend Condition] you can bring [Draw Conditions] for more extreme cover against blinds.

A more common monk build within the current meta. In case you run [foul feast] dish out the [mend condition] or both and take [dismiss condition]. [Spotless Mind] is a viable option due the tripple hex removal it offers, [Signet of Rejuvenation] becomes a cheap free heal up. Still advisable to take a stance for self survival, your attributes will be spread out over 4.

There is no reason not to take WoH over ZB in AB, while WoH is safer in arena play due to shutdown you are safe to take ZB in AB, since there will be no shutdown placed on it. Big prots like Spirit Bond are bad for arena play, since your midline will take care of big damage if it is there, AB has tons of eles and ele shrines, making it worthwhile to bring, while the condition spam is much less.

You can take out Glyph for more small prots like [Shield of Absorption]. A single [Gift of Health] can be taken out for [Patient Spirit] which gives you access to [Cure Hex] and [Signet of Rejuvenation].
